The Earth Was Happy To Let Go

Hi! This is a kind of very long form single page comic I made for an art presentation (Pri's Art Salon). I wanted to tell a story about transition, and space, and about mental illness and change and despair and maybe a light at the very end of the solar system. I made it using a digital collage type technique, a mix of digital painting and drawing on zines, which I scanned in and have included here just so you can take a look!

Also includes a pdf version of the zines so you don't have to keep rotating your head (or print them out) to make sense of them and another zine to explain what I was going for here!
